Not only does the sound of the drum move our spirit by the calming vibrance it sets off but the beat is in tune with the earth's natural frequency. The drum is used for various purposes, meditaion, Shamanic healing or Ceremonial rituals....
For each drum the finest skin is picked to get the deepest, richest tone. There are many different ways to lace a drum . Our master Drum maker Sammy, whose hereditary name is Swa'wa comes from the Swinomish tribe, LaConner, WA. His drums are vey well reknown through Native communities and drumming circles. One of the main reasons our drums are so spectaculiar is we slow dry them in a cool place to insure long lasting quality for use in various weather conditions. Only the finest materials are used to insure the best sound and life of your very own individualized hand made drum.
